*Job description:

· Find, exploit and develop relationships with potential customers and partners.

· Looking for new customers through many different channels to build the prospect system. Proactively contact potential customers in the self-search list or from the company's data system to recommend the Company's services.

· Building, marketing and selling to strengthen the company's brand.

· Plan and implement a business strategy to help expand your customer file and ensure business coverage

· Allocating budgets in the promotion, investment of business programs and tracking activities to ensure that budgets are used effectively.

· Research, develop and propose overall business plans to promote business activities.

· Having 3-5 years of experience in the field of service business: recruitment, consulting, enrollment, finance, banking, insurance, education, training, ...

· Being honest, careful, responsible and able to work under high pressure

· Have analytical skills and creative thinking; Communication skills, work management and teamwork
