Business Development Director – Code: BDD-HH

*Salary: from $2.000 (base salary) + variable bonus on performance
* Experience: from 10 years in the same position, prefer relevant experience in service industry especially in health care and treatment services.
* Working location: GPO client company – a big international hospital in Dong Da/Hai Ba Trung districts, Hanoi.

* Job description

· Develop and execute marketing strategy

· Identify market needs on health care & treatment service to create new package of services

· Manage the operations of Marketing Department

· Promote and enhance the new image

· Launch new services, products to clients and ensure the sales target of the hospital.

· Develop and implement a suitable Public Communication Strategy for entire hospital as well as for specific areas.

· Look for information of special demand or comments from clients or internal sources to develop hospital services

· Seek business opportunity and make sure appropriate opportunities are captured

· Maintain good contact with clients through quality tracking and customers’ feedback

· Direct supervision on membership program and organization activities

· Handle hospital tour when required.

* Job requirements

· Three to five years experience in Business Development Management with strong record

· Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Strong communication skills (English & Vietnamese. French is highly recommended and rewarded)

· Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing

· Ability to develop and promote membership program

· Ability to work independently and be a good team player

· Experience in cross-cultural environment.

· Experience in medical field is a plus

· Ability to develop business strategy, PR strategy

· International experience/training in related field is preferable
